mynext.garden is operated by Abdullah Erdogan as a sole proprietorship.
What we collect
We collect the photo(s) you upload, your email address, the location you choose, and the preferences you provide during intake.
How we use your data
We use your inputs to generate a personalized garden design report, deliver that report to you, and process your payment.
Analytics and tracking
We use Umami sitewide for anonymous analytics and custom event measurement, such as understanding which pages and calls to action lead visitors into the intake flow. Umami does not use cookies for this implementation and we do not use it to record your uploaded image contents, email address, or detailed free-text garden preferences as analytics event data.
We do not use Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or a cookie consent banner on the intake flow.
Data retention
Uploaded files and generated reports are retained for up to 30 days to allow access and support, then deleted.
Third-party services
We use third-party services to process payments, send emails, and generate design outputs. These providers only receive data needed to perform their services.
